SFDS 2010

Darrel Chua also notes:

We could also use this opportunity to discuss preparation for SFDS 2010.
I noticed a lively discussion on the contest and rest assured I haven't been staying still.

Alix and I had also been discussing on marketing plans.

2 positive developments:

  • I got in touch with Nokia who has now embarking on the Maemo/Meego (QT/Linux) platform and they are very keen to support our cause and event.  I am also thinking of getting them to present during one of our meetup.
  • Science Centre. I met someone from Science Centre and hoping to interest them to help publicise and drive more schools to attend our event.

I hope to meet you all and discuss your progress and will try to map out a timeline of events.

Regards,

Darrel
