ExCo, AGM & SFDS 2011 kick-off meeting

Our president Brandon Lum has proposed a combined Executive Committee meeting, Annual General Meeting and SFDS 2011 kick-off. He has created a Doodle poll for those who would like to attend to indicate their availability.

He writes:

"Our next Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) is coming up at the end of the month, which will also be our SFDS kick off meeting! We have the NLB rooms booked this year so I'm positive that this year we can do a lot more.

At the same time, I would like to take this opportunity to hold our "re-AGM". This will basically be a quick run-through of what we did at the last AGM and just a presentation of the financial statements so that we can file the items to RoS.

As attendance determines the quorum, I would like to encourage everyone to come down for the meeting. With that in mind, please indicate your preferred time on the Doodle poll linked above so that as many of as possible can attend."
